Mrs. Lamya Hayat

Mrs. Lamya Hayat has over 15 years of experience in the areas of corporate finance, private equity fund management, investment analysis, asset management, and business valuations.

In her previous positions as an Investment Manager, she was part of several asset management teams responsible for managing, evaluating, and monitoring a sizeable portfolio of assets in the MENA region.  She executed multiple transaction from initiation to exit. She was closely engaged with the management of portfolio companies in order to implement value enhancement strategies for the assets under management.

Mrs. Hayat brings her extensive experience in investment appraisals, evaluation of current market trends, investment recommendations, and her in-depth understanding of the capital, investment and financial markets.

Mrs. Hayat holds a BA of Accounting from University of Kuwait
