Al Safat Investment Company has two separate audits that are conducted. The first one ensures the financial stability of the company while the other ensures that the company is run in compliance with Shariah jurisprudence.
In this audit, the transactions and financial statements of the company are reviewed and audited by Ernst & Young External Auditor, and issued an independent report to ensure applying IFRS standards.
To ensure that the company is strictly complying to the Shariah jurisprudence and relevant Islamic financial Fatwas, this audit is conducted by Al Mashora & Al Rayah for Islamic Financial Consulting Co. which is independent of the accounting and financial audit.
