Mr. Abdullah Abdulaziz Al Bader

Drawing upon an extensive wealth of expertise, Mr. AlBader has more than 19 years of experience in the Kuwait, GCC, and international real estate markets, successfully overseeing Asset Under Management exceeding $1 billion. His professional journey encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities, initiating with the comprehensive development of investments and the strategic structuring of funds/portfolios. This involves various facets such as the creation/acquisition of new assets or value, the enhancement of existing capabilities, the reduction of fixed costs, significant changes in the business model, improved efficiency in processes, and elevated management quality, including major organizational changes. Additionally, his role involves spearheading the development of new products/product groups and/or services/service groups, as well as entry into new markets.

Mr. AlBader’s expertise extends to the acquisition of real estate and private equity investments, where he actively engages in the management, operation, and oversight of the entire investment cycle. This encompasses identifying lucrative opportunities, conducting due diligence processes, negotiating transactions, and executing strategic exit plans for various investment ventures.

In addition to his roles in the real estate sector, Mr. AlBader has held board member positions in various companies, contributing to their strategic direction and governance. This includes companies located in the GCC, Europe, and the USA, reflecting his global perspective and commitment to diverse business environments.

Having earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Mr. AlBader commenced his career in 2007 at Kuwait Finance House (KFH) within the International Real Estate Department. Subsequently, he transitioned to KFH Real Estate Company. In 2015, Mr. AlBader assumed the role of an executive at Dimah Capital, spearheading acquisitions in the UK and Europe. Throughout his career, he has actively participated in various committee positions within real estate and investment companies.

In 2022, Mr. AlBader assumed the position of Executive Head of Investment at CapCorp Investment Company. Continuing his upward trajectory, in 2023, he joined AlSafat Investment Company as the Executive Head of Investment, where he contributes his wealth of experience and strategic acumen to further elevate the organization’s success.
